papers are signed and funding goes through tomorrow and friday we get the keys and saturday we move in! and YES!!!

Wonderful news! What a relief... I think the anxiety of selling your home as well as purchasing a new one is equally as stressful as packing your belongings, transporting them, and then unpacking them. It is a long, hard process. I am glad to see an end in sight for you guys.
